No smoking in house 

Quiet time after 10 PM through 8 AM. No noise after 10 PM through 8 AM. 

Enter / Exit house through front stairs door facing Hwy. 12, main enterance only. Always lock house door behind you.

8 people max. Guests in house. 

Check in is at 4 PM on a Saturday. Check out is at 10 AM on a Saturday. 

No access to Owner‘s locked closet in north side hallway. Please slide your two house keys under Owner‘s locked closet after your stay.

No house parties or events without Owner’s approval. 

1 to 2 dogs only.

Please clean up after yourself. Please Take trash to large trash can under house front stairs or smaller kitchen trash can. Please clean up any spills or mess that you make.

Parking in driveway only and not on grass please.

Turn off lights when not in use.

If any questions, please ask Owner.

Please report any problems or damages or accidents to Owner immediately

Call 911 in case of an emergency.

Parking in carport or driveway only and not on grass please.

Please follow all Pool rules in final letter and pool use signs on fence beside pool.

Always watch your feet and don’t let my cat outside! Indoor kitty only. 

6 people max. Guests in house. 

Check in is at 4 PM on a Saturday. Check out is at 10 AM on a Saturday. 

No access to Owner‘s locked BR/BA or locked Owner’s shed without Owner with you. 

No house parties or events without Owner’s approval. 

1 to 2 small non-fighting type dogs and 1 cat allowed only.

Please clean up after yourself. Please Take trash to large garage trash can or smaller kitchen trash can. Please clean up any spills or mess that you make.

Parking on either concrete driveway, please do not block Owner’s car in.

Turn off lights when not in use.

Please do not use fireplace without Owner present. Please do not leave fireplace on & unattended.
