Spectacular view of ocean from private balcony. New home decor, clean, floor tile and carpet. Condo has new: dishwasher, stove refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, wall safe, and all eating utensils. All rooms, kitchen, bathroom, vanity and bedroom are brand new! Linens and towels are provided. We also provide pillows and blankets in the closet. There is also a new sofa in the den. We also offer other home comforts and conveniences like a new large refrigerator, microwave, new stove and 2 color T.V.s, DVD/ CD player in den and master bedroom sleeps 4), DVD, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer.
