This agreement is between Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent requesting a free webpage and free webmaster services from Stewart Hines. Request for a free webpage from Stewart Hines constitutes acceptance of this agreement between Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent requesting such and Webmaster Stewart Hines.

Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent requesting a free webpage agrees that webmaster Stewart Hines shall not be liable for any damages, claims or injury to Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent or their family, guests, or employees, etc. Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent is responsible for the accuracy and legal permission of the information and digital pictures, etc. that you provide webmaster Stewart Hines to make your free webpage, and not Stewart Hines. Any damages, claims or injury to Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent or their family, guests, or employees or to Stewart Hines shall be paid for by Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent, and not Stewart Hines. Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent agrees to indemnify and save harmless Stewart Hines from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, suits, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to any property, or injury to the Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent or their family, guests, or employees entering into this agreement of every kind and nature, etc. Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent understands that upon violation of this free webpage agreement, any and all monies paid by Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent to Stewart Hines for additional paid Webmaster services will be forfeited by the Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent as liquidated damages in additions to and not in lieu of any rights or remedy available under law. Stewart Hines may delete or terminate this free webpage agreement at anytime for convenience with or without cause at my sole discretion. Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent shall be liable in damages to Stewart Hines for all loss sustained. Homeowner, Rental Co. or Agent shall have no further claims against Stewart Hines regarding his free webpages, or free webmaster services, or paid webmaster services, etc.
