Approximately 0.5 mile north of the Surfside Pier. Property Description: Grass yard, approx. 0.2 acre. Rental house is stick built on 10' tall stilts, 4 car parking underneath, very nice, fully furnished with full kitchen, new refrigerator, new ac system, stacked washer and dryer and many free resort amenities. Recently redecorated! Outside beach shower with separate water heater. Large master bedroom with color cable tv and DVD / VCR player, king size bed, full bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with full bath down hall and large closet with stacked washer and dryer in it. Third bedroom has a double day bed and is beside kitchen and dining room. Sleeper sofa in den. 5 beds total - sleeps 10 max. Nice open kitchen with table and kitchen bar with 3 stools. Color cable tv in den and master bedroom. Owner to buy and rent golf cart for house in 2009! Golf cart used for short drive to beach, around resort and to the Oceanside Village Resort community activity center. House is in private Oceanside Village (OSV) Resort with community indoor / outdoor pools, nice gym, tennis courts, lakes, children's and adult playground, basketball court, baseball field, 24 hr. gated security, church, library, convention center, dining area, full kitchen for large groups, and adults / children activites / community center, and mailbox area. Renter must be 21 or over, single family or couples, no pets, no smoking and 8 people maximum occupancy.
